I am curious as to where this chrome paint chip comes from? I don't see it as a paint option on any car in the dealer, so how did people manage to get it in the 1st place?
ahh so its completely random then. Can you also obtain it when you login daily? Like you receive 5 museum cards. I also heard you also receive paint chips as well but it doesn't notify you.
