I just got this trophy but wasn't shown the ending movie. Anyone else?
I got gold, won all 5 races. There was no movie, unless they count that little cinematic of you standing on the podium with your trophy a movie.
The way I'm looking at it is, the backend of this game hasn't been finished, a lot of things missing. I think the Update that includes B-Spec, Course Maker will also include endurance races, it's when the endurance races are completed that the ending movie will show.
You need to beat the World Championship GT in I.A, them you will get a trophy Gold Gran Finale I think, I got one earlier just with the name Finale and it was Silver. Also this will unlock 2-3 songs, them you will be able to see the movie.

This is a bug in the game. In the game there are two final movie, I had to appear incomplete version of the video.
Grand Finale (Gold)
Unlock the long version of the ending movie.
Finale (Silver)
Unlock the ending movie.
I have "Finale", but I have not seen short movie.
Still what the OP posted is a bug. The trophy for the short ending movie should be awarded after finishing the GT World Championship in I-A, not I-B. I haven't unlocked S yet, but the long movie should be won after completing the final event in S if there are two movies.
