Where to get Superstars V8 Next Challenge?

I am in the US. Cant find it anywhere, except eBay and some dont ship to US. Any ideas? And its not region locked right?

The easiest way is the Ebay.
As for the region, there is no problem here. You can buy from UK and it will work on your ps3.

I can get you one if you want. Brand New One, not used. Still in plastic cover, around 24$ but you probably can find faster shipping from US and cheaper.
