Speaking of used cars: I intent to possess every single car in the game, so who can tell me an easy way to get much money?

1. buy SLR MCCLAREN for 610,000 dollars.

2. Win Mercedez CLK-TOURING CAR from Legend of the Silver Arrow cup at Mercedez Dealership, using SLR MCCLAREN.

3. N/A Tune the CLK-Touring Car to Stage 3, and make minor tuning adjustments for BEST performance.

4. Enter German Touring Car Championship (Deutsche Touring Car Meisterschaft) in the European Events arena.

5. Run the race in B-SPEC mode, set to 5 (push) with overtake ON. Set to speed X3 for best results.

6. Although you might lose the first race, you should win 4/5 races and win the championship EVERY TIME. You DO NOT need to lower the speed from 5 (push), the car will win regardless.

7. Winning will net you a total of 150,000 in prize money (if you get gold in all 5 races) and the Prize Car (a CLK-GTR race car) can be sold for ~700,000.

I made 15,000,000 dollars in 5 hours doing this. As far as i can tell, its the quickest and easiest way to make money.

The Mazda RX-7 Bathurst can be bought from the used car lots in the american version on Oct 21rst the first year. It's yellow.
The V8 Vantage can be bought in a off white color on feb 17th of the second year
The Subaru 22B can be bought in blue on oct 2nd of the first year.
The S.S. Version Trueno can be bought on sept 23rd of the first year.

You can figure out which "day" that actually is but I'm going to bed. lol.
All of these can be found on other days as well but these where just when I found and bought them.
In case anyone didn't know, a handy tip is that you can go to your garage and see when you bought a car by selecting to sort by Acquired Date. You can then determine when the car shows up in the lots again.


Oh yeah, somewhere on the site I noticed someone wanted to know when the TVR Cerbera Speed Six was out.
It shows up in the lots during your first year on october 2nd. It's a really sexy electric blue type color.

936+700= 1636

Plus or minus two days. I don't remember if the cycle is 699 days or 700.
So your car should show up on day 1634-5-6-7-or 1638.
It may also be in the lots on another day but if it was there on 236 then it WILL be there on 1634-1638

The orange one that pops up later is much more agressive looking.

I'm not sure why, but the Isuzu Bellett has become my favorite car in the game. I bought both the gold and orange cars, but the orange one is the one I modified. I want the white one, but I haven't see it yet. I'm pretty sure I'm getting close to the 700 day recycle.

This has to be one of the rarest and most interesting cars in the game. I got it on the rotation beginning day 407. It's also very beautiful. Mine's white, I'd be interested in finding other colours...

I think white is the only color. It's popped up twice and I grabbed it both times. I'm keeping one stock and the other I'll modify when I'm done with the big 700 day used car cycle. By then, I should have everything I wanted and I can finally spend my money on modifying the cars I've bought. I'm actually buying two of everything. One white (if it comes in white) to keep stock, and one in another color to modify. I'm still waiting on a second '65 Sylvia and '63 Skyline.

But getting back to the Cosmo (I don't know why the Cosmo name doesn't appear in the game, since that's what it's called), it's a beautiful car. I race from outside the car in the chase position, and I love to watch that sculpted backside flowing over the bumps of the Mulsanne Straight at 125 mph.

I think the amount of times certain cars appearing is different for individual players. For instance, I've purchased the Bathurst Rx-7 and S.S. Version Trueno but they do re-appear for me a short time later. Someone mentioned the 98 Nissan Stagea Autech Version appearing on day 671 but I've seen it appeared much earlier than that. I got a feeling this is more random than it appears.

The Brahurst is rare and nice and all but the RX-7 Spirit-R Type-A ('02) is where it's really at.

The 'Spirit R' is the final version of the FD RX-7, edition will be limited to 1500 cars, in three versions Type A, B and C with the Type A being the ultimate RX-7, the fastest ever produced by Mazda.

Yes, the Spirit R is my most used car in the game, although not rare. I also have a Bathurst R (in yellow, of course) and a 2000 RZ (snow white pearl). The older black RZ's are very common in the 1st used car lot, but the white 2000 RZ is somewhat rare.
