Answers to some questions I saw while reading through this thread:
Stagea Autech Version comes in White, Silver and Black.
RX-7 Bathurst Model comes in White, Yellow and Blue.
Mazda 110S (L10B) '68 only comes in white.
Toyota Sprinter Trueno SS version isn't really that rare.
All the Scooby's are common except for the 22B, it doesn't show up very often.
I haven't seen a white 22B yet either.
I've seen the AutoZam in blue and red so far.
I had the 70's Celica show up 4 weeks in row. All different colors.
I've seen the Legnum a lot, can't remember if it was the VR-4 version or not though.
RX-7 RZ 2000 is rare. I haven't found one yet.
RX-7 Infinii I have only seen in that dark green color so far.
The newest Supra RZ is kind of rare, especially in black.
Z-28 only comes in a black a few times. Lots of other colors though.
V8 Vantage and the Jag pop up every so often.
What is REALLY RARE is finding the car you want, the color you want and it only having 6.2 miles. The 6.2 mile cars have the same hp as a new car would have. Used cars with more miles have less hp and changing the oil doesn't fix it.
If anyone wants to know what day a car comes up, I have been tracking all of my cars. As long as I have enough money, I also buy the same car with less miles if I find it. I usually buy mostly black cars, but on some cars I like silver, grey, white, yellow and orange also. Any other color and I usually just pass it up unless it only comes in a certain color.
List of all of my cars is at this link and I update it all of the time (
56k warning - It's one big picture and it will take a couple minutes to load the entire thing.):

3rd to the last column is the Year/Month/Day I bought each car.
Some cars have modifications, some don't.
If I haven't changed the oil yet, it has NO modifications.
EDIT: Oh yeah, I kind of like Volvo 240's if you couldn't tell by my small collection of them so far.
