After previewing the new physics, I'm drooling to try out the Ferrari F40 in all its ABS-less glory with either N2 or N3 tires. The old '91 NSX- the one with narrower tires and has quite a bit more of that exit lift-off oversteer than the later NSX. The old '69 Ford GT40 (at La Sarthe of course) along with the Chapparal 2D. Of the newer models: the Exige and the Evora.

GT is made by the Japanese so they are gonna focus on there own products.

And yet, they decided to add Nascar, the most American motorsport in the world. I just hope its optional since I'm not what you'd call a Nascar fan.

I'm really looking forward to driving the GT-R and the ZR1 over and over on different circuits until the winner emerges.

(e28) bmw m5
(e34) bmw m5
(e39) bmw m5
(e60) bmw m5

I'm surprised there's no M1 or E30 M3 in there. Nice choice with the E28, though.

The 850csi is one of my favorite Bimmers just because it looks so awesome!

Come to think of it, BMW is severely under-represented...(And don't you give me that Japanese game made by a Japanese company line, that's bullcrap).

Maybe we can get 'Mater to be the tow truck wheen we crash.👍

And this guy at the pit stop :)

I think if they put all those great german cars in there it would put all the japanese cars to shame, so they`ve got to compensate by putting a stupid amount of Skylines and other similar cars like that in there. There is just no need for all the different variations of the same car. But yes, i would love to see a lot more BMW`s in the game.

please keep your ignorance to yourself.

back on topic, I would like to drive one of those toyotas that accelerate all by itself, or a prius that has no brakes! That is the only prius i want to see in GT5. Seriously though, I would love to drive some of those Grand-Am race cars. I love how all of the Daytona Prototypes look and sound. Music to my ears.

Well, after seeing the GT academy finals on nurburgring, I just want to try every car at the nurburgring, every a fiat 500L in cockpit view will be fun. Going off topic, my DFGT arrives this sunday :D if playing with a wheel is really good as you guys told me, I will try every car in GT5 with it.

1966 Shelby G.T. 350

I'm pretty certain the 1965 G.T. 350R will be in the game, based on it being in both GT4 and GT PSP. That said, the car is incorrect in both versions. First of all the horsepower is the same in the game as it would have been for the street version, when in fact the R version was tuned for more power. Also, it is wrong cosmetically as well. The R version has the large rear air vents removed in favor of Plexiglas side windows. I'm hoping they either fix this for GT5 or even better, I'd love to simply see the 1966 street version of the car. Why? The street car may not have performed quite as well as the R version, but it was about as close as one could possibly get to a street legal racer back in the day. That, and it simply looked more attractive. The 1966 version was especially so with the side air vents replaced by rear windows, while gaining functional air vents in front or the rear wheels to cool the breaks, and also coming in several more color options. In addition to that, the 1966 version came with an option for a factory installed Paxton supercharger that boosted power from 305hp to about 440hp.

All of them. But specifically and more so than others. Ferrari F40, Mclaren F1, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, Older Subaru Impreza's, both wagon and and sedan versions. Lamborghini Countach, that Ferrari F1 car from prologue, A NASCAR on the Nurburgring. Bugatti EB110 if its in.

Limiting myself to the new additions which are already confirmed, as this is not a wishlist, i would say in no particular order;

Original Countach LP400 ( purest, without later flared wheelarches and spoilers)
McLaren F1/Veyron ( both aspiring similar goals, but in different eras and most importantly by totally different filosofies)
SLS AMG ( hoping it will drive like i think it will)
Lexus LF/A ( i'm really curious about this one, already love the sound)
I feel almost obliged to also mention the Enzo ( ofcourse it will be great, almost a non-brainer, still i'm looking forward more to the other Ferrari's there will undoubtedly be, although no confirmation yet)
And every car i loved in GT4 ( and countless new ones ) finally playable in cockpit view.

Pending on the resources and capability of the game I would build my own car, as well my own race car.

The Race Machines; The first thing I'm gonna do when I get GT5 is got into arcade, get one them fancy-ass race cars, and smash the hell out of it.

Gonna give that damage engine a workout.

Oh, and them I'm going to take a NASCAR, start ina full field, and then turn around as soon as the race starts and drive backwards.

No real need for me to explain the goal I'd be trying to accomplish by doing that.

This is exactly what I was thinking. lol Good idea man. I'm pretty disappointed at the wasted pixels for Nascar. Sorry, I know it's an opinion and don't want to start a debate but I honestly can't wait to take the Spoon Civic and go smoke these cars on their own tracks!! :D

But, really, I can't wait to take out any DC2 ITR or EK9 CTR on the Nurburgring. And just listen to that sweet VTEC release. Wait for it.... wait for it... YESSS 9 grand redline, and shift. Heaven!!

Also, I really hope El Capitan makes it into GT5. To me it is almost as fun as the Ring to drive.

Yes, I'm a Honda fanboi but like pretty much all the Japanese tuner cars.

But, to tell you the truth, after driving the cars on the Time Trial for numerous hours I'm kinda scared of the new physics engine on the Ring. It will be quite an edge of your seat experience in any FR or MR vehicle. I remember having a blast with the 427 Shelby Cobra on the Ring on GT4 and after playing the new physics engine it now almost feels like cheating to go back and do it again. I may be a little timid of the Ring with the new physics, but am very, very eager to play it for hours on hours to get a clean and fast lap in.

Gawd, I want GT5 soooo bad, I've got to get with Cartman and get my ass frozen until it comes out. This is killing me.
