I'm looking forward to the 2010 Ferrari 458 Italia. So long as it doesn't catch fire while racing. Other than that, the new Mercedes SL.

The only cars that I really want to drive is the McLaren MP4-12C, my old Cerbera LM and, of course, the Toyota AE86 Sprinter Trueno GT-Apex!

As with ferrari challenge, THE OLD SCHOOL STUFF! not so much the muscle cars though I will enjoy them, but the old lemans ferrari and jags should really be a hoot to drive

I'm most looking forward to driving the Zonda R on the 'Ring, see if I can match or beat that 6:46 (full realism settings, of course).
Other cars I can't wait to get on the 'Ring are the Enzo and the M3 E92 GTR.

Also looking forward to the Veyron, McClaren F1 and the Lambo's; all of which I've driven on other games but can't wait to try with GT's superior physics engine.

Like pretty much everyone else, I'm sulking over the unfortunate absences of Porsche and Koenigsegg. Having the GT3 RS or the Carrera GT on the game would have definitely made it worth the ridiculously drawn out wait; and the CCX is my favorite car to drive in every game that it appears in.

Hopefully there's a wider selection of new tracks that we'll be surprised with. Brands Hatch or Donington would be lovely. I can't imagine why Kaz wouldn't want to put Autopolis in there; with it being one of the more popular Japanese tracks and all.

Whoa! I knew that Porsche wasn't in. But Koenigsegg. This is new and disappointing news to me. I agree with you though. The Carrera GT is a great car.

Saab 96 v4 rally, 900 aero, 9000 aero, 9-3 pike's peak, 9-3 viggen, 9-3 turbo X, 9-3 cabrio, 9-5 Hirsch, the new 9-5

Edit: Even more looking forward tuning 800hp out of them, just like IRL!

not sure if it's in GT5 but

GT-R V-Spec.

I drove the crap out of the GT-R in Prologue and I want to feel the difference between the two of them now.

Next would be the Audi RS6 Avant.

Lamborghini murcielago lp670-SV, mclaren mp4-12c, pagani zonda R and a tune aston db9 as it appears we have no dbr9.

Well, I looked all over for word on whether or not Koenigsegg would be in, and all I could find was a few supposed confirmations that it was not.

Hopefully, it's all just ill-informed rumor; but so far all signs point to no Keonigsegg in GT5. Sucks.
The CCX is an absolute beast. A technological marvel, too; at least in terms of the ridiculous power output/cylinder, especially compared with the Veyron or the Viper. CCX: twin-supercharged V8 that smokes the V10 Viper and hangs in against the quad-turbo 16 cyl Veyron. Amazing.

gtr xu-1 for sure, always luvd em and since i can rememba always had it in the shed, not once have a seen it on a game thoe, rumour has it that it will be thoe :)

It would be disappointing if some Koenigsegg's didn't make it into the game. They are in GTR evo, Race Pro, PGR2, PGR3, PGR4, Forza 2, Forza 3 and probably quite a few others.

I for one are very much looking forward to seeing the games full car list. Im starting to fear that one may not ever be released as people will look more at what isn't there and not the 1,000 that are.]

I did find a video on youtube of a CCX 3d model being demonstrated within the GT5 graphics rendering engine but i dont belive the model was itself related to the game. Shame it looks stunning! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=omUPaCRLgO0&p=7BF1E50F0BF3894A&playnext=1&index=5

Yeah, that video had my hopes up too, when I first saw it and it was advertised as being related to the development of GT5.
In fact, though, it was in a comment thread where someone had posted that video, that I first came across someone pointing out that the video in fact was NOT related to GT5 development, and that Koenigsegg cars wouldn't even be appearing in the game.

Still holding out just a sliver of hope, but not getting my hopes up.
