Which cars in GT5 have you owned?

I have driven a ton of cars... being a mechanic at one point in my life really helped with that.

Cool cars I have driven include
2007 BMW M5 Dinan
Acura NSX
1997 240sx with Corvette motor
RX-7 FD and FC
95 MR-2
and there's a ton more

1995 240sx stock daily driver
2006 evo 9
 
Nice cars guys, quik one on the Z3....it's not in but the Z3 coupe is! one of my favourite BMW's
 
i have an '03 HSV Maloo R8 which is pretty close in relation to the Holden commodore SS in the game so im looking forward to driving that again.
 
My first car that I got this year is an 03 Honda Integra.

Closest in GT5 is the Acura RSX Type-S ‘04. Looks identical, so should be fun. :)
 
I never owned any car :guilty: but i drove several cars that are in gt5 :

A 07 NASCAR impala. I know its 07 but still. By the way I won a contest, so don't start freaking out.
 
A family friend of mine owns a race modified Corvette C6 Z06 (Imported from the USA), and a race modified Monaro. I myself have only owned 2 cars (currently on my 2nd) and none have been in Gran Turismo.
 
If we ever have a "bring what you own" race I'm not turning up....but can someone please video it so I can laugh at that NASCAR Impala facing of against everyone pride and joys........And there off

............and as the smoke settles we see the impala entering the first corner of the street cuircuit some half a mile ahead of the rest of the pack....unusual cornering techneqe there by the impala but after those multiple donuts he's away and still in first........some would say a tight city circuit was a bit unfair for the rest of the races to pick but it gives them a chance and make it entertaining up front.

I cant understand why they excluded this iconic rally car again but in the same time added 40+ different Skylines and 30+ different Subaru Imprezas and Mitsubishi Lancers :banghead:
 
Ruf CTR2. Owned it in every GT game since GT3.

Sad there isn't any new Ruf's in the game, and its only standard. Still, love it.

Toyota MR2 N/A '87 and Mazda Miata '91, I guess, would be the closest to actually being in GT.

S2000 '07, but IIRC the one in GT is an '06, which had some differences, like mechanical throttle and some interior and exterior stuff.

If you count family cars, '05 G35 Coupe, and '04 Prius.

Everything else is a bit farther away. '95 240SX is related to the S14 Silvia, '85 190E, but mine was a 2.3, as far from the Evo as it gets, My '02 WRX isn't an STi like in GT, and I don't know if there's any version of my '09 Civic Si in the game. (I see a current CTR, but I don't know if it's the JDM, which is closely related to my car, or if it's the totally unrelated Euro hatch.)
 
I've only owned one car in GT5. Mine was a bit newer, but the 1500cc 1979 Civic in GT5 is from the same generation. It was my winter beater for a couple years.

I borrowed one of those for a day when I lived in Germany, it was the automatic version and even had a "sports" button....forgot all about it, cheers. 👍

Currently own the Porsche version of the RGT.

Have driven on a track the CTR2, and for an old looking car, it kills the RGT...
