which driving style is better Professional or road rage

Hi new to the forum and fairly new to Gran Turismo
i've had it 3 months and I'm at 25. somthin or another
and i'm just wonderin which style of driving is better

Professional - driving well professionaly

or

Road rage - my personal favorite :fdevil: where you eliminate potential AI and human opponents through somewhat unprofessional means. For example you are running a series race and you don't feel like racing the rest of the series so you take out the leading AI.

well, I wouldn't go out of my way to attack opponents, but if the moment is right (such as they are at 30mph right infront of a sandy plain then giving them a shove wouldn't hurt) go for it. Otherwise i would suggest fdriving well mannered and going for best lap times ;)

I have had loads of opportunities to rage on someone, but I usually just pass them with a little door-rubbin' action to let them know I am better :fdevil:

If some AI car gets on my nerves, I will find an opportunity to extract a little payback. Later.... and good luck on GT3, and welcome to the forums :burnout:

Reckless Driver

lol - I s'pose your name ought to have clued us in eh?

:)

Anyways, I think when everyone starts out, they start out in "road rage" mode, but as the game progresses, you will being to see the benefit of trying for clean lines while touring around.

Now, that being said - that only applies to the AI. Against a buddy? hahaha - Plow 'em into *every* bit of kitty litter you can find. :D

Oh, and welcome to the forums.

If an AI driver cuts me off or generally is annoying me, then I'll shove them into a wall or sandtrap on a corner. But most of the time i try to drive a clean line for the entire race(which isnt always possible).

Oh yes, I forgot about that. Drafting is always a great boost!! Just get that pull, then make sure to wisk by without hitting or grazing them.... :burnout:

somewhere in between the two....but closer to road rage. the AI frequently pisses me off, with their crap driving. so when they pass me by ramming into me on a turn, i will drive straight into their door at 180mph on the next one, its fun to look behind you and watch them spin out.

Well as the real pros say:

It's all about the control of speed and agression

If you want to win: Keep it clean, don't crash and keep control over that back end...:gcar:

If you do start recklessly driving and not taking racing lines you'll lose positions and lap times will be shameful.

Keep reckless skids to GTA3......:007:
