It's asking what kind of car are you, so at any time the questions say you, it's in the context of you being a car.

Not exactly. It's more or less asking you questions about yourself, and then placing them in the perspective of a car. For example:

Do you easily spin out of control?

It's not asking whether if you were a car, you would spin out and crash. It's asking whether you fly off the handle as a person. Then once you've answered that, they'll put it in the context of a car, which is the aim of the whole thing.

I also had trouble understanding what it meant by "Do you change direction quickly?", whether it meant physically or mentally. I thought that the most likely answer would be mentally, as it seems one of those questions. Therefore, it basically means "Do you change your mind often?"

Finally, yeah, I get it. So answering for myself, I get:
