I would assume you are referring to the Version IV and the new 2002 WRX.

I'm biased, but I believe the 2002 (bug-eyed one) is the best bet.

The WRX Sti is the second best to the Impreza LM race Car. You have to win the impreza race car from beginner gt world race, but its worth it.

Very cool car.

Now I just wish there was an impreza battle instead of an evolution meeting.

The second best rally car is the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII Rally Car Prototype. You can win it from 2 different tournies.

to answer the realy question of this thread, the STI is faster than the newer wrx but you can't go wrong with 4wd's, but i would much rather have that lm in the suburu blueburooo, thats the only color i buy my cars in
