Aye, Guinness is one of my favorite stouts. Though, after drinking a lot of it and other stouts in general, The best way to enjoy it is not ice cold. For pale lagers (Most American) beers, the way to get that taste of Ireland is to keep it between 44-50 degrees Fahrenheit. So, when I do buy a sixer at the local grocery store, I usually leave it out for a little to get to that perfect temperature, only then I will enjoy it...a lot.
When I do the local pub crawl on thirsty Thursday usually, I head to the Irish pubs such as RiRa's or Bull Feeney's, because they know how to do Guinness right. 👍
