The thing is - you can fix the time if you make an Online Lobby. Use a Change Weather/Time Track and then set the Weather (Sunny/Rain/Snow) and tick the fixed Checkbox. Voila, time flies by and the weather stays the same.

But i guess you are referring to the pratice or arcade tracks?

I am indeed talking about offline modes Thanks for the help though.

Count me in. I never knew it rained so much in real life at the Ring and La Sarthe.

I have yet to experience day to night and night to day transition without rain. And I don't have wireless internet so it is a pain to connect online right now.
