I have the first 9 episodes of stage 1, and #20 of stage 1. I like it, but I dont become waky-go nuts and become a drift zombie about it like everyone else, making all my forum names a drift related thing and thinking that drifting is the best. It ranks #10 on my list of driving.

I just can't wait till 4th stage comes out. Oh, and I didn't name myself Silviadrifter because of Initial D. I have been drifting in real life for about 5 years, and I own an S13 Silvia. I do however drift in GT2 and GT3.

It's just a slang term, meaning it's above the rest. I personally grip race as well as drift, so I will not say anything bad about grip. Do you drift at all? You should try, because it is challenging, and makes for beautiful replays.
Also, I know most drifters are not the height of inteligence, but some of us do our research, and use grip racing as a base for drifting.

I dont know. I just know I have a folder in my HD with 4 to 26 on some "stage" ( ) on initial D, that is taking up a whole 2.5 gygabytes of much needed space, so Im just gonna watch it and to the poooper it goes.

yeah, I have it and havent watched it. been doing so lately. today I saw how the asshole beat a yellow RX7 and how all the assholes in town say no other thing than "hatchi rokuuu" and how some assholes from other places come in R32s looking for the main asshole.

Because its much easier to double click and watch, rather than putting in a CD for. And its like listening to the radio...I would only do it if I was in the mood....and I wouldnt pay for radio.

but the DVD collection is better quality! plus I can watch it on my larger tv upstairs....

the thing about the ones I have on my PC is that some of them are japanese audio, and some are cantonese dubbed....=P

I've got the Initial D TV Series (why do people call it 'First Stage'? It's not officially called first stage, anyway), Initial D Second Stage, Initial D The Movie: Third Stage, Initial D The Movie Extra, Initial D: Battle Stage and Initial D, Extra Stage, and Initial D Fourth Stage Volumes 1 and 2.

(for anyone considering purchasing Fourth Stage Volumes 1 or 2, or Battle Stage fron Jackadeal.com, don't. It's because of the language in the english subtitles. No, not because of the excessive swearing, there isn't, but because you might actually become grammarily illiterate and start calling Takumi's car 'Number 86'.)
