No he's not a literal Pscho, he's just not a nice person.

As for the Sagaris, I can afford to buy one now on finance, the reason for the waiting is to make sure I can afford to keep it regardless. To put things into perspective, once the business is over 12 months old we have a years worth of existing customers to approach again for more business, and we'll still be bringing in new customers. Ther difference can be well over 50% rise in profits. That will be used to get staff to bring in more money and to get me, Jam and Scott doing other stuff. Theres a lot to consider, obviousely if things look shakey, the Sagaris can go on hold, but all to plan, I'll have one mid next year.

Huh? There are plenty of children out there needing families, and there aren’t any inherent disadvantages to adopting (aside from having to tell the child that you’re not their biological parents), so I don’t see why not.
My wife was adopted and we are thinking adoption when we have kids for this very reason.

I try to. But they really want you to use taxes as an incentive for certain kinds of business or a disincentive for certain businesses. I have some trouble with that from a morality point of view, so my tax balancing is quite difficult. I refuse to low taxes on the rich to encourage rich people to live in my city - even though the game really really wants me to do that. I just can't stand the notion of taxing people differently based on how much money they have. The other thing is that there is no way around public schools. :)

I do try to go easy on the ordinances though.

Not for me! :dopey: The more they make the more they're taxed. Typically I'll have 5.5%, 7.5%, and 9% for low-wealth, medium-wealth, and high-wealth zones. I'll go higher if I need to, lower if I don't but I always keep the taxes progressive.

You can keep the rates proportionate across the board, though.

The other thing is that there is no way around public schools. :)

:D If you have the newest version you can place private schools on the map.

I do try to go easy on the ordinances though.

The smoking ban is probably not an option, right?

Ramen to that!

Did I ever tell you I got a 1 on the AP Physics E&M test? At least I passed the Mechanical test (albeit with a 3) – not that it matters, since that’s not the kind of class I’d transfer credits for anyway (English, on the other hand – perfect class for transferring AP credits).

I told Charlotte this morninng she makes me feel like a hedgehog, a horny little thing.

Not much to say about me.

My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low-grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a 15-year-old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims, like he invented the question mark. Sometimes, he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy - the sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical: summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring, we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent, I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds. Pretty standard, really.

You truly are an international man of mystery 💡

One of my fave movie quotes is...

"Hey there you are."
"Do I know you?"
"No but there you are."

"Is Wayne Brady gunna have to choke a b**** ??" - Chappelle's Show
"I'M BROKE n**** I'M BROKE !!!" - (Three Daves) Chappelle's Show

Dave Chappelle is just so killing me... OMG, I wish I could have Comedy Central...
