I am very happy he works in a good looking store with good treatment. Mine is the Holocaust hosted by Miss Piggy with a ****load of glitter on the floor. :( Thank God I quit on the 14th (a day before my Birthday) :)

Well if I was going to perform a law suit the money would I would ask that they pay it out to the tsunami effort. I already make enough money on my own, I just want Victoria's Dirty Secret to be punished. Call me sadistic but I really hate these ****ers.
I just want to see Victorias "Dirty" Secret...... damn...............

Weeeee! Hush money sounds like chocolate
But don't you want "Victoria's Dirty Secret" to be known?

If I quit they will lose their top credit card salesman.
Is there something you're not telling us here?

By the way, make sure you use the edit button when you need to add something to your post, instead of double, and in this case triple posting. ;)

How long have you been working their?

I guess the thing that I really don't understand about your whole situation is why you continued to work their, when it was ruining your life.
Why you let it get to that point is beyond me. Why your husband didn't make you get out is also beyond me.
Now I don't understand your situation, but shouldn't you have quickly changed jobs when you noticed that it was effecting your life and health?
To me, you seem just as at fault as your employer. You should have never let this situation get to the point where it was ruining your life.

Their are so many other options for you out their, why didn't you move on one faster than you did? It's really not that hard.

Your job is unskilled labor, those kind of jobs are a dime a dozen. You probably could have gone to the store next door and acquired a job and changed your situation that day.
Heck, if you're in the New York/Manhattan area, you could have even applied for a dishwasher position. I know that some of the union hotels are paying minimum $18 an hour for that position. Plus, you would be working in a Union where none of what you are angry about would have ever occured.
You could have waited on tables at a local dining establishment. I'm sure in your area you could have easily pocketed $100+ a day, cash!
Those are just a couple of options. Maybe they don't suit you, but you get the idea. You got to do what you got to do so your life does not become in ruins. You need to take care of you and your family. Don't let some job ruin that. That's just common sense.

But a few of your statements worry me. Such as:
A jealous manager came up to me and told me that if I ever enjoy a conversation with my co-workers again she will terminate me and write me up

Jealous? Of what?

Maybe your manager shouldn't have worded it like they did, but, you have a high profile job where you are in plain view of your customers. Do you think it appropriate to be carrying on conversation, chit-chat, in view of them?
If you're chatting with a co-worker, you certainly are not taking care of the customer right?

ALL of us can only work part time, so it is cheaper for Victoria's Secret not to qualify us for health benefits.

That's common business practice.

Were you hired 'part time' or 'full time'? Wasn't this made clear to you at the time you were hired? If not, why didn't you ask?
If health benefits were a requisite for you, then why didn't you clear this up, or move on sooner?

After I got pnemonia, I lost my voice and they still threatened me to greet.

Take a sick day?

Anyways, don't bother trying to explain your situation to me, instead, explain it to yourself, as their is no real appropriate explanation (in my mind) as to why you let things get so bad in your life.

I'm really not trying to place the blame solely on you, nor am I trying to be malicious, I just simply want you to learn from this, and never get yourself into the same situation.

Or maybe, none of this is true and this thread was just a ploy for you to plug your husbands website.

The link is bad or exceeded bandwidth. If your employer isn't paying for the hours you worked, quit. You can't let this go on after even the 1st week.

During the 7 months that I worked in Victoria's Secret everything was just fine during the first 7 months. All of these incidents occured on the 8th month. I had already began looking for another job. However, jobs are hard to find in New York in January, so I tried self employment. When I threatened to show Victoria's Secret's treatment towards the Labor Board, Corporate Office, and The New York Post they said that they will give me all the money they owe me in three weeks. When the third week past, I already became self sufficient, they still have not paid me and I already quit, but I still harass them for the money they owe me and am scheduled to discuss these issues with both the Labor Board and a journalist. All of my co-workers said that managers always get aggressive around Januray because of the Semi Annual sale, but I couldn't tolerate it.

Whos that chick on the entry page? Shes hot.

Wait, i saw titties 3 times on there, i dotn think its appropriate for our younger posters. And why do you let yoru husband take pictures of these women?

Which entry page? I do not mind my husband constantly being exposed to attractive women, I would worry however if he was in the NAVY where I only saw him once or twice a year.

FYI one of the women in the website has maaaaadd tanlines. And they're fake looking too. Orange head, white body. Orange head, white body. Orange head....
