Why can I not uprgade my race mod Camaro's engine?!?

I race modded my camaro z28 and now it wont let me purchase the fonal two engine upgrades. what gives? It says you have to install them in a certain order, and I have installed number one already.... am i stuck with it at 390 bhp?
 
i had the same problem. For what ever reason the stg 1 engine mod is there but not installed. you need to go to the tunning options and install it then you can purches the other engine mods. the supercharger gives nice power to. I really love the sound and handeling of the z28 race mod.

Happened to me (on a different car) go back to the garage/tuning and check that the first mod is actually installed - tick box checked.
