why cant i change time and weather nurburgring 24H

i have just had a 6hour struggle to finish the 1 lap amg challenge i have done it now but why after all that cant i choose the time of day and weather i can do it in the lounge so why cant i do this in arcade mode or practice

will this be fixed in a patch its pritty pointless having weather/time if you cant set it up yourself ?

Yeah would like to know that too. didnt know the lounge feature since i read this thread and i wonder why there arent those settings in arcade/practice mode.

you can't change the weather or time in GT mode either?

Some tracks will be labeled with "/ Change Time" or "/ Weather Change." It's on these tracks only that you can change the time or weather. There are two different versions of Nurburgring and Le Mans - their full versions and those same versions with one or both of the tags. Changing the settings on these, at least on line, is in the same window as selecting the track itself.

The issue is that you can't actually CHOOSE the time and weather in practice.

My solution is to go online, set up my own lobby and set the conditions I want there. Why you can do that in online and not in practice is beyond me, though. PD made some weird decisions on this one.
