I know the servers will be down shortly, but I would love to hotlap spa.. The dlc shows up in game saying I need to download it but theres nothing in the ps store!!
Academy edition?? If its supposed to work for that then im imagining it should work for the xL edition too? Makes sense that they would want my money, so why end the dlc. I find myself being drawn to gt5 more due to the seasonals and the ferrari f1 cars, its really a shame that their just gonna fold it up and close it like it never happened in 2 weeks.
Spa is included in GT6 which can be picked up fairly cheaply now. The world (well half of GTPlanet) sits and waits for feature updates. We might have a nearly complete game at some stage.
The only way to download the DLC for Spa is if you had already purchased it previously.
If you had purchased it, it should be located under Account Management on the XMB.
Since they've been removed on April 30th, any product codes seem to be invalidated.
I changed my psn name tho n im not too saavy with this stuff. I could try to log on to my old account but i wouldnt kno how possible it is to transfer the content over.
Agree 100% - They manner in which they have executed the online vision has done more harm than good.
Many people can't play as adults online anyhow, not a fan of adding new things over refining the old things.
If this is how they handle GT5, why expect any better from future GT Titles? At least they can't ruin GT4.
I'd rather play an updated version of GT2 with it's full body mods than something with Photo Mode, etc.
