i got the 25 anni. cars with that edition, but i refuse to use them. makes the game too easy in my opinion. id rather lengthen the game playability with actually earning the cars i want rather then use free cars.

but to be fair, the only time i ever did use them. is after you start the game. i sold the stupid honda fit or w/e. used the anniv. car to grind enough on a race to get enough money to buy my own starting car! (Old 1983 VW Golf GTI)
Some have more power, some have less weight, some have both. All have the same tuning options as their regular dealer counterparts. Hope that answers everrything, it should do!!
I just checked on two 15th anniverv. cars, but the didn't have any tuning settings active. So for instance, I could theoretically add the regular tuning to it.
It's not like I use or want to use them, was just noticing they were for some reason superior to their counterparts without applied tuning settings... Def. more fun starting from scratch, that's what GT always was about
I only wish I could have chosen my starting car by myself within a certain budget...
