It's kinda hard to explain why, without offending someone lol. One of those, don't ask don't tell types of situations.
 
Because it sounds good. As it's B-Spec, it's B-Spec Bob. Just got a certain ring to it.

EDIT: "Bob" as a term is a mutually arbitrary pseudonym for the driver because his very identity is stooped in folklore and fantasy...Nah, actually it's just an mutally arbitrary way of putting down the old fellow as if to say "he's just, well, Bob."
