It's probably because it's an American avatar, based on another American avatar that is used by an American member, which in turn was created by another American member.

That is hard to follow.
In my opinion, this is what happened: I started off show my 'murica avatars with an eagle face.

Then I was told by somebody that I wasn't getting a GT6 update because my 'murica face...

Then I kept seeing these GTP Logos in the background of Avatars. Which I though was extremely cool, because I like the GTP Logo for some reason. I do not know why, it just cathes my eye. Therefore I posted a status about wanting an avatar with a train (because I have the nickname Kole Train in real life ) or an eagle intergrated with the GTP Logo.

Then I do not know what happened until I made myself the most 'MURICAN! possible with my editing skills. Which, I thought was the most awesome thing I have ever done with two pictures.

And then @Whitetail, took me under his wing (Pun not intended [And when people say not intended, they are actually just putting emphasis on it sometimes ]) and created my current avatar. Which is 10 times better than the one I made!

Thank you, thank you. I'm good at resuming stuff and such. And it also helps that the person who made my avatar is the same person who helped you with yours. Of course, mine focus more on that Joey Jones thumbs up, because it's cool.
