I have six Bobs, and two of them are near career end. I am going to retire them because their speed and strength is declining.
The thing that bothers me is I have no idea how this whole mechanism works. They both have less than 100 races. What have I done to abuse them so hard?
I have other drivers at 100+ races whose career is only about halfways.
Their "mood arrow" has been down for the last 15 or 20 races the others have been running. Usually some time off makes them happy (green or blue) again, but now they just stay grumpy.
But why did they age so fast?
Is GT counting race days, in both A-spec and B-spec, and making up the "age" of a driver that way?
Is it something about their win/lose ratio?
Do I yell too much at them? Or too little?
Are they getting sad because I do not use them in every race?
Or are they feeling abused when I force them to race when in orange mood?
Should I let them pit when their strength is down? (I only let them pit when tyres or fuel is down)
Are they getting exhausted by hard races, and less so by easy wins?
Were they just "born" with poor mental or physical strength?
Or have they just realized that they will never really be good at racing?
Anyone, please enlighten me!
