Why isn't my picture showing?

You know those pictures above your country and PSN ID?
Well, mine isn't showing on threads but it shows on my profile.
Help.

The picture on your profile is your 'profile picture' (shocking, I know), which is different to your 'avatar' which appears by your posts.

The requirements are here although apparently you need 500 posts and 90 days of membership TB to use a custom one. You can pick one here.
