Why isn't this song included on the in-game BGM tracklist?

Pas Avec Toi by The Plasticines is great but for me the best tune in GT5 is the sublime Just One Second (Apex Remix) by London Elektricity. "The City's beautiful, in the early morning air..."
 
This thread keeps getting better...

When I get home I have to figure out the names of my favorites. I have to say I was very surprised by the range of music, and I adore some of the songs.
 
I love the pre race song, heck I can't stop playing it on my p bass. If only I knew where the original was on YouTube.
 
Love that Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring in the credits....Yeah I said it! Had to sing that song in high school, hehe.

Edit: I pretty much love EVERY song in GT5's soundtrack and have them all set up to play in the menus and races, minus maybe 20 or so. GT5 has a huge soundtrack.

Awwww yeah. Love me some DnB. I have it on my iPod too. I first heard that song when PD mad the tribute video to the Ferrari 458 Italia. I loved it. I was so happy when it was included in the game's soundtrack.

Why did they decide to put low budget porn music in the background for the tuning shop and the UCD?

Also the song by My Chemical Romance is my favorite song in the game. Overall the song selection is OK, even though I only have 3 songs turned on for the menu BGM and race BGM, but still a nice variety in there.

I hunted that one down a few weeks back, as I recall, and downloaded it.

It doesn't bother me so much when listening to it on YouTube while I'm typing this, but while racing it comes across as a bunch of shrill, screeching, repetitive, irritating noise.

I originally had the last video show up but I was afraid the name of the band might be a problem, so I just reduced it to a link.

Seriously badass. Possibly my favorite song in GT5, ever. Before every race and while setting up my car I just let this play and listen to it... before business resumes. I'd like to listen to this too while navigating menus!
