Why should/would I create a 2nd/3rd/etc. B-Spec driver?

Is there any reason to create a 2nd B-Spec driver?
My first B-Spec Bob is Lvl 15 and he's just seeming to "find himself" as a racecar driver.
Why would I want to create a 2nd Level 1 driver?

Endurance races, having more drivers allows you to switch them when one's strength or mental strength gets too low.

Yup, it's not required to have any more than 1 driver in a race, but it's strongly advised later on. I'm currently using 4 on the races I'm up to.

Plus when your first driver reaches the peak of career his skills will start to lower... might wanna have a backup for when that happens.

Interesting, is that directly related to the "experience" bar?

I don't think so no, I think the career bar is how many races they do. For instance he might do 500 races and then his career bar is full at which point he will need to be fired after a few more races.

later on in endurance races, when you need 4 drivers that's when the extra b spec drivers come in handy.

but there's no need to train them up, one endurance race will get a lvl 0 driver to level 10, so basically after like a few endurance races that uses 4 drivers your newly trained up drivers will be level 20ish already.
