Online physics, car was about to roll over, but wait! You can't in online mode!
Also, probably it didn't last. :indiff:

Not just that, car is going round a right hand corner, if its going to roll it will go over on the left hand side. No if's no but's apart from the obvious "car hits invisible object/ramp" but there isnt one in sight (because its invisible)

This was apparently the first test for PD's top-secret grass-to-wheel repulsion system, designed to prevent cars from going out of track, especially during hotlaps.

Unfortunately, the results weren't exactly what they wanted...

Ok, I understand that the photo is completely ridiculous and believe me when I've seen the same thing countless times through my own eyes, but I can't quite figure out this statement right here...

Thats just wow! And people say GT5 physics are the best on the market. (PS3)

Im not even going to question it lol.

What does physics have to do at all with something that (everytime I've seen it) was a direct result of lag? While I'm speaking of physics, please direct me toward another PS3 game currently available that has a better physics engine than GT5, because I'd really like to play it. To my knowledge the only other games that could even be considered a simulator on PlayStation would be F12011/12 and last time I checked, I couldn't drive a 370z (or any other road car) on my disc.

So please, enlighten me to a PS3 game with better driving physics....

There isnt, thats what I'm saying this right here is the cream of the crop.

And also I diddnt know that was caused by lag.

Also you seem rather defensive, maybe its just the way Im reading it?

What does a glitch have to do with the physics? A glitch means something went wrong, not that he physics are programmed to do that.

The physics have changed due to GT Academy Middle East

Irrelevant, glitch in real life physics.;)

Funny thing actually, ever since Studio Liverpool was bought by SCEA, they decided to bring WipEout physics into GT5.

Hilarious, I remember I used to hate people who did that because I COULD NOT DO IT >=[. They went around corners way faster than I did

Really? It was probably the easiest thing to pull off. It was just hold down a button and turn. The game sorted out everything else for you.

Two wheeling happens all the time in full nascar lobbys at Daytona, I had a car cartwheel past me going down the back straight of daytona once because of lag, it lasted about half of the straightaway then he went back to driving normal. If you people are serious about never seeing two wheeling you obviously don't play online much.

Or it's obviously a rare glitch. I've never seen it and although I'm not online every day I still get a few hours every week. I don't hang around in Nascar lobbies though...

This is a visual glitch. I've seen this before, in which cars are seemingly on two wheels for the rest of the race. It din't actually "happen" for the driver of the car.

But of course. The driver himself was froze or he blackscreened something and everyone else saw him wedged on the wall like what I saw. They pushed him and it caused him to go back on all four wheels.

Agree. I used to run NASCAR cars all the time at Daytona and almost every night I would see all sorts of weird stuff including what you have mentioned. Cars flying through the air from last place, landing on two wheels right in front of me, then suddenly take off again like some sort of crazed UFO, lol. I think I have pretty much seen it all, nothing would surprise me. And its all due pretty much to lag. And the funny thing about it, the driver of said car would think everything was normal because he would not see himself doing this crazy stuff. From his view, everything would be normal.
