Yes, but it counts as a car sent. Meaning you can only send one per day per PS3

- Cars worth over 1,000,000 Cr. (including gift car coupons) are now prohibited from being traded to prevent issues during the trading process. When lending and borrowing cars between friends, please use the car loan system." So after March 3 there will be no more gifting of car coupons.

Maybe that means the actual ticket of the car when it's in your Car Delivery. So for example when you win the XJ13 you can't gift the coupon that gets put in the Car Delivery. The 1000 tickets rarely lend you cars over 1,000,000 cr so I don't see how/why they would stop you gifting those.

Is the car coupon not the car specific ticket? Like when you get a prize car you recieve a ticket with the car details on it, but a level 21,24 and 1000 have no set value (level 24 theoretically is 4.900,000ish but not sure how they rate it) so would still be tradeable?!

Actually this is correct. It states -

Cars worth over 1,000,000 Cr. (including gift car coupons) are now prohibited from being traded

Tickets, as in all Lv. an B'day ones are still fine to be traded.

Thanks Niandra....... same here, right after the patch we were testing the limits and I sent a level 24 ticket and someone else tried level 21 and 1000 tickets.
