Will collision be off by default in online races?

Yes collisions should be on by default, it's a part of racing after all. Kicking trouble makers doesn't undo the mess they had already caused. You'll just have new retards on the way.

I don't think a separate license needs to be had for online racing, but atleast having the ability to pass the S license for the expert events brings the proper racers. The crashers wouldn't bother with those races and can stick to the races that don't need a license requirement. I wasn't saying all online races need a license requirement, just the ones that cater towards the real sim racers.
 
As long as people aren't playing bumper cars, I'm happy. I just dont see anyway around this tho but by disabling the collision. i actually prefer collision off tbh but it looks like its about 50/50 out here on the issue.
 
As mentioned before, having collision off would completely eliminate the idea of online racing. It'll just be a time trial. If you want to run time trials, so be it, there's modes for that! It's alot more fun when you have other cars to compete for track position with.
