This is just a guess but if you could save your replay to xmb then copy to a stick you could upload from your computer???

I recently searched for it since I needed to get YAAMR II converted.

You really need a capture card (or camera that records the TV).
Exporting to XMB, exports the replay, that is like a vector file, only details to re-produce the video inside GT5.
