Won't go full screen on PC

It seems since the last update I can't get Dirt Rally to go full screen on PC anymore. My resolution is set to the correct 1920X1080 and full screen is on, but I now get the desktop task bar and a bar across the top with -, min., and red X out. AC and Pcars work fine. Any suggestions? 7-31 Update: Did a uninstall/reinstall and everything is back to normal.​

Set full screen to off and then back to ON again. Ugly but it works.
