I get out of school early! You see, I took this class where you leave school early and go to work. But I don't have a job right now so i just get out early and go home.
We have that too, it's called COE or something, basically if we sign up for the class we have to work atleast 20 hrs a week, and we get to leave school 1 block early every day(hour and a half) to go to work. You have to check in with the teacher of the buisness class that it's for and write stuff on what you did at work and all that.
I didn't sign up. Well, I didn't really know about it till school started, and I need like 5 of my classes now, and the 2 at the end of the day(4th and 8th block) are important, so to take the COE class I'd have to completely mess up my schedual.
I still work during school, Monday, Wednesday, Friday(well and saturday all day), get off school at 2:50, get home at 3, eat a snack/go online, get to work at 3:30 and work till 9:30. Works out to 26 hour weeks. Not bad at all.
Personally, I wouldn't want to go to work in place of school. I really don't like my job enough to want to work there every day instead of just going to school and probably going home earlier anyway. Hey, your call though, so I hope you enjoy it. Your school doesn't check your job status? I'm pretty certain that in my school, they either call your job to make sure you're there, or you have to bring something in as evidence of your showing up.
Solitude's economy has been going down the drain for the last 5 years. Their minimum wage is some where near $1.78 right now, but it will probably go down soon.
