It seems to happen in cycles my friend. Every now-and-again drivers come along who seem to good to be true and get pulled up for it. Some are much less plausible than r8man, who at least gave reasonable responses to the questions whereas the normal response is bluster. If it later turns out, once he's got a replay device, that he's been done a dis-service then appropriate and copious apologies will go his way.

Sadly, if a series isn't monitored via replay tho', there are always going to be doubts about fast times from 'new' people. That's why it takes a while to build up trust for fresh talent and why it's so important for said new and good drivers to make sure they have an X-port and volunteer replays when they start out.

Hmm yeah, you're right :rolleyes: Well, ok, there goes one of my excuses :lol: No really, I haven't checked the sign up thread often enough to see that this is held in Arcade mode. Not a good move if I look at what has been achieved so far.

But the thing is, I'm already busy with the ESES and I don't have much time left to do other things. Yeah, I'm going to enter a race which Mulsanne will organize in december, but that is just a one time event. Is there still a possibility to sign up for one race or something (if I have more time than I have now)? I don't want to do it now, since I just have a lack of time, but maybe in the near future?

What does UFO stand for? Although, obviously, it's slightly different as there is no F in UDO.....

ash, i have no maxdrive but i can video my replay and upload it from a digital camera, would that be sufficient if i was to be called up for a replay? not that theres much chance of that from my last performance lol.

A7X thats fine as long as you capture the cars weight and power at the race replay start and the finall time:)

I think he just wants to see what colour I go and the expression on my face :D. I wouldn't put it past him to subtly place one of my katana's {*} near at hand to see if I flip out ... hence the mop and bucket necessity perhaps?

However, I think it's more likely required to save the electronics from the output of my spluttering and choking ROFL.

{*} I just took delivery of a new one today by the way; a beauty from Kyoto and a snip at only 97000 Yen.
