Why do I always have a red dot on the routes symbol? What do I still have to fulfill for this to go away? I won all the races and have all the track experience to bronze. Thank you for your answers.

It indicates something "new" - or at least which you haven't clicked on. Without knowing what it's displayed on specifically, I can't say what you need to do to make it go away, but going to the track on which it's displayed and selecting the things that have the green bullhorn symbol will do it.

Thanks for your help, yes there was somehow a new sprint track on the Nürburgring and I hadn't clicked on it yet.
