It's the way I've set up my spreadsheet for GT5 cars.
I've put in this info:-
- Quantity I own
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Year
- Premium/Standard
- Level
- Country
- Drivetrain
- Engine
- Displacement
- Aspiration
- Power (BHP)
- Power (KW)
- Weight (Kg)
- Power/Weight Ratio (Kg/BHP)
- Power/Weight Ratio (Kw/Ton)
- Torque (kgfm)
- Torque (Nm)
- Length (mm)
- Width (mm)
- Height (mm)
- Race Type (eg. DTM, JGTC, SuperGT, Race Modifiable, LeMans, etc)
So it was quick and easy to choose only cars made in 1989, copy/paste.
If needed I could easily narrow the list down to, for example, cars between 1990-2010 with MR, Turbo, and less than 400kW. And that brings up:-
Ferrari F40 1992
Lotus Esprit Sport 350 2000
Lotus Esprit V8 2002
Lotus Esprit V8 GT 1998
Lotus Esprit V8 SE 1998
Mazda Autozam AZ-1 1992
Nissan R390 GT1 Road Car 1998
Opel Speedster Turbo 2000
Pescarolo Sport Courage C60 - Peugeot Race Car 2003
Toyota MR2 GT-S 1997
Toyota SuperAutobacs APEX MR-S (JGTC) 2000
Vauxhall VX 220 Turbo 2000
And if I further defines PREMIUMS only that are over 4metres in length I get:-
Ferrari F40 1992
Lotus Esprit V8 2002
Another good point is I can select "Quantity I Own" to be less than 1 and "Premium/Standard" to standard which reduces the list to the cars I don't have. It makes life a lot easier when hunting in the UCD since PD neglected to put an indicator of ownership against the cars in UCD or NCD.
I still have a lot of data to put into it though.
BTW you get the Minolta for doing A-Spec Like The Wind Extreme
