What was the moment that made you your angriest in single player/multiplayer recently?

To start off, I had seen a BMW Mclaren F1 GTR in my UCD a little while ago, and I just spent an hour getting money from one of the B-spec seasonal challenges...

When I finally got the money for it, the game had given me an entire new UCD... :grumpy: And there were some other cars I wanted in there too, like the A/C 427 (not the Shelby one) and a Motor Sport Elise...

The Nascar Special Events, hands down. Call them challenging, call them whatever you want, but you will never call them FUN.👎

Every time you do an event, the last 6 cars in the UCD are replaced by 6 new ones on top of the list. So after every 5 events, your UCD is completely changed. Hope this helps prevent the same thing happening to you again.
 
When I spilled Coke Zero on myself on lap away from winning the Indy 500...
I still won though.

Really, if anything in this game makes you "rage", get professional help (and a little perspective, please)!!! You are only talking about missing a car that will surely show up again, and everyone knows the ucd cycles. Is this really something you should "rage" over? (no answer needed)

Pretty sure this thread is supposed to be about having a little fun. I doubt anyone actually goes into a "rage". **** is frustrating sometimes, doesn't mean you have to come in here and be all serious when others are just trying to share their most aggravating GT moments.

Sorry to hear about your mother, but you need to lighten up.

Well, i'm glad out of that tragedy came the upside that now you can talk down to people, play the tragedy card in a videogame forum and be an unsympathetic prick.

Ouch. That McLaren F1 GTR is very difficult to get. I have an extra if you ever want to borrow it, just send me a friend request.

By the way, I think it's fine to "rage" at the game now and then (an inanimate object/entity) so long as you confine it to the game and get it out of your system. These games can be frustrating (actually they are deliberately programmed that way, it makes it more addicting).

For me recently, the most consistent rage-inducing aspect of the game has to be either the AI parking in my front wing, or during time attacks it's the crappy build quality of the DF GT wheel - my second one is almost dead - which makes you want to punch the thing but that's the last thing you should do ;)
 
Loeb rally challange, I was on Eiger and could have got gold but When I came out of the tunnel the sun was so bright I chrashed and got diqualified:( still haven't won that challange.
 
Well quite a while ago I was trying to find a 2J. I would keep loading races and leaving, and then looking at the UCD.. I would do this for a while when I was bored. I seen a Honda NSX LM Road car and had to get it, dropping my balance to like, 18,000,000cr, I then reloaded the race and went to the UCD and would ya look at that.. the Chaparral 2J just happened to be there - and I was 1 million short. I then thought, EASY! I'll do the seasonals and make it quickly.. I went into one, lead the whole race, made a stupid mistake - crashed, and didn't get that much money. I was kind of angry, so I did it again, but this time started horribly.. I left the race, grabbed a different car, and went to a different race, I realized I had grabbed the wrong car and that this was the hardley tuned variant of the car I meant to grab.. I Left, got the right car, went back to the race, won, got the money I needed, went to the UCD with a big smile....

The 2J had cycled through.

^ :ouch: That almost happened to me as well, except that it was still thankfully on the last line of the UCD by the time I collected the necessary 14,000,000Cr. :nervous:

My personal rage moment? Spinning out on the last lap on one of the FGT Races, cost me the championship as well :banghead:
 
This is like the 3rd thread about this subject....but mine is accidentally quitting 24hr@Sarthe with less than two hours remaining.

Try with the SRF enabled, it helped me gold them.
 
Trying to get a gold on Vettel's Monza challenge. Was trying to improve on my time looking for another 0.446 when my little sister came into the room and distracted me. A lot of shouting and swearing followed... I managed to get the gold today though!

Nothing in the game is more frustrating in the game than being on a good lap in the x2010 then losing control and going into the sand at 200mph.
 
SIX spins in a 40 min race at Nurburgring 24H in a TOCA Series race, cost me a podium shot. :ouch:
 
Mis-shifting from 1st to 2nd...quite irritating, although I've gotten the hang of it since the first times.

The G27 is fun but they really need to allow powershifting.
 
Trying to do last weeks seasonals and the game froze three times in a row trying to load the track because it was also saving at the same time because it's completely neccessary to save every 3 seconds just to make absolutely shure NO ONE COULD POSSIBLY CHEAT IN ANY WAY AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, I hate the constant saving, it slows the game down so much.
 
When I reach the last day or 2 of a TT & blow it on the last corner of that 'perfect' lap that would be about half a second quicker than my best & put me in the top 100. :banghead:
 
Having a game save corrupted because of playstation networks incompetence :(

That was back on spec 1, lost 800 cars. Didnt play the game until christmas after that
