He was in a Camaro, I was in a Challenger. Oh, he did bounce of the wall a couple times - it was a two-lane coastal road in Cote d'Azur. Despite this he was nearly at the highest online rank
Grid 2 must be the easiest driving game in the world. Jesus....

This made me laugh, was in a room and these guys from the were talking about their how amazing their Citroen Saxo and VX Corsa were, with spoilers and body kits. All I could think of is pictures like ones bellow

( Not their actual cars, just a representation. The car on the bottom has an extra 100 hp because of the stickers.)

The room was fun room, they had me in fits of laughter. What me me laugh the most was ,that both their cars were probably slower then the sock models. Some people online do like to talk a load of 🤬.

Oh yeah... I think I actually saw you in that room!

Well, here's what happened today a lot:

Joined a lobby that looked promising, get disconnected a few minutes later. This went on forever! For crying out loud, I'm now mad at GT5's online server system. I can't believe it's become this rubbish, I hope GT6 isn't this flawed. Either that or I should replace my PS3. :grumpy::banghead:

Although, one of the lobbies I joined was kinda funny. It was named "Highway Normal Cars" and took place on SSRX. The host was going crazy because everyone wasn't obeying his rules. Apparently his idea of a normal was different from everyone else's. There were people getting mad because they couldn't driver their Vipers and Corvettes. One guy was arguing with the host saying that the corvette zr1 is an everyday car and was really upset. There was also one certain fellow member of GTPlanet that was in this lobby too and was insulting the guy for saying the corvette is an everyday car.

Well, I have to agree. I mean, the corvette zr1 is a 640hp, 2 seater sports car that left a quick time on the nurburgring. I don't see how that's everyday . I guess it varies on opinion.

I think I was there too.
The rightside lane for slow cars, middle lane for faster cars and leftside lane for oncoming traffic. I weren't that active in there thou. Just driving to the end of the front straight, turning around and driving back to halfway up the hill, then just chilling in the pitlane before leaving.

Anyone else having difficulty trying to join lobbies? I try to connect to one, but a message keeps popping up saying "Failed to join room." This is getting very annoying. I just want to drift online.

I'm fine :odd:

hehe, I was just driving around in my Golf R and BRZ there before I disconnected.

Not sure if I saw you, didn't really pay attention to the people there (was watching the the Legend Of Zorro). But I was the one with the fluoresent green FR-S.

Oh yeah, I saw that one as well when I first entered the lobby.

EDIT: I might tonight go search for some trolls. So, that means a few more cruise and cop lobbies to search. I've been in a couple nurburgring lobbies today, but no real fools except for one guy in his V8 vantage that was all over the track and I was able to outrun him in my Elise.

I could use some Anti-Troll Patrol measures right now. I'm in a "cop Lobby" with speedsters and noobs everywhere and a missing host to boot. Room number is 1472-6681-3716-3556-5072.

Just when I was about to initialize a photshoot with my RE Amemiya FD.

Calling all cops!!!!

Sparkytooth found me no problem. He's already here with his/her pink LF-A.

Would that room happen to be full? Also, who of the bunch are you? (so we don't C-9 the wrong one)

Yeah, it's full right now. I trust the cops already on scene to do a good job. Sounds like the host is AFK so there will only be space if one of the trollers gets bored and leaves.

The room is full at the moment.

I would be the next host if we could get rid of the current one.

I believe he has paused the game and thinks he's a ghost, but he'ds blocking the track with he's car that is not intangible.

We have a drifter in a white Aston.

Host is indeed AFK and everyone is turning the room into hell. Aston Ken Block here thinks he can do whatever he wants.... I'll call protocol 5 when more officers show up. Meanwhile I'll take him down with something special.
