1974 Fiat X1/9 (1.3 I4 75hp)

1974 Porsche 914 (1.7 H4 80hp)

Personally I'd go for the Porsche, because I prefer the styling of the 914 to the X1/9.

Bodyguard
Speedster, I just love how well the classic was remade by that company. Also, it is a lot wider, which I think is a good look.

Since we're on the topic of the E-Type, would you rather have a:

Jaguar E-Type:

or a

Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 'Eleanor':

Oh wow, good one.

Ummm this is actually a hard one. I love both cars. If I had to choose, I would have the Jaguar E-Type. You just can't pass up a classic like that, and the sound is truly amazing.

'03-04 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra vs. '02-04 Subaru WRX

As a weekend car I'd rather have the Cobra, but as a daily driver I'd rather have the WRX.

'74 Fiat X1/9 vs. '74 Porsche 914

I'd rather have the Porsche, just so I could throw a LS3 into that thing :sly:

Ford Horse Snake vs. Subaru Impreza WRX - Impreza for obvious reasons.

Fiat X1/9 vs. Porsche 914 - Porsche, slightly more poweeeeerrrr!

Porsche, slightly cooler.

I have another one:

Jaguar F-Type S, brand new, ~£90,000 with your choice of options

Aston Martin V12 Vantage, used, 8700 miles, £82,000

E-Type vs. GT500: Oh man, not another tough one! I love them both, but I'll have to go with the GT500. Because badass. :mischievous:👍

R34 Nismo Z-Tune vs. R35 GTR: Tough one. But the R34 wins hands down :D! Because Nismo, RB28DETT (Was a V-Spec II Nur Edition with a Nismo 2L stroker kit that boosted the displacement for more power and torque and squeezing some more psi from the turbos.) and it's rarity (20 hand built). And it's one if my favorite cars of all time. Wish that they were sold here! :(:indiff:

Mustang SVT Cobra vs. Impreza WRX: I think the WRX STi should've been in this on against the SVT. But, this is a hard one. I would chose both since they have their uses, but I'll go with the WRX. And build me a STi wagon. ;)

The 914 all the way. It's like the ancestor to the Boxster and the Cayman. It's one of the most impressive Porsches in it's time, even with the 911 present.

Jag F-Type S vs. V12 Vantage: Ugh, ummm.... I'll take the F-Type, because Jaaaaagggg and it's supercharged. Sorry AM. :scared:

And the Caprice wins hands down. I'll turn it into a Impala SS Sport wagon with either a LT5 or a LS6 engine.

Here it is, the single one I found in the UK for sale.

That Cobra isn't for sale anymore. Boatwrights haven't had that car for years. I should know, it was the one we owned back in 2010, sold it onto a guy in London and I'm sure he still has it.

Here is a thread on the Mustang Bullitt owners club posted when we first brought it home just in case you're doubting me. ;)

1974 Fiat X1/9 (1.3 I4 75hp)

1974 Porsche 914 (1.7 H4 80hp)

I'd choose the Fiat, mainly because if I told people I had a Porsche, the 914 would not be one they'd imagine.

Jaguar F-Type S, brand new, ~£90,000 with your choice of options

Aston Martin V12 Vantage

Aston. Because. Aston.

Oh. And Cobra vs Impreza??

I do like Imprezas especially the old ones but I HATE the image they give you over here. So it's Cobra for me......again.

Cobra vs WRX: Impreza. I want point-to-point pace, not a shouty smoker.

Porsche vs Fiat; Porsche, it likely won't fall apart as easily.

Jag vs Aston: Aston. It's just so gorgeous.

Old Wagons: Caprice. The Taurus is trepid awfulness on a stick.

Capreez vs. Tarrus - The Taurus, most people think they're butt ugly, but I only think they're hip ugly.

Not funny anymore.

I honestly never knew it was a TG thing. I just tend to say that on this thread, because....well, that's just me. :)👍
