ZL1 VS Z06 : ZL1, it's more special than the Corvette because it's the most beefed up Camaro (of this new generation of Camaro) to come out of Chevy themselves. And it sounds incredible, and it has the magnetic ride dampening....or something like that, but I hear it's good.

Infiniti IPL G Coupe VS TT-RS : The TT-RS because it's one of my favorite cars ever.

911 Turbo VS F355 Berlinetta : The Porsche, because Porsche. If it's not a Dino, I can pass on most older Ferraris.

G37 Coupe VS 335i Coupe : The G37 Coupe, because it's one of the most beautiful vehicles ever made. And the E90/E92 3-Series is my least favorite of the bunch because of how common they are.

New one.

Dodge Neon SRT-4

I know nothing about the two, but judging by the looks they're powerful FF sedans? So going with quickest I'd stick with the SRT-4.

If that Cobalt was the coupe, I'd want that, I think they're sweet little cars. Screw it, I'll take the Cobalt anyway.

Seeing as we kind of brome away from the rules..

Chevy Cobalt SS Sedan vs Dodge Neon SRT-4 - SRT-4 cause it looks better, the Cobalt sedan looks boring. And the SRT-4 could grt some crazy HP if tuned.

Pontiac GTO.R vs Holden V8 Supercar- Holden cause it not available in the states and it would be fun to drive.

Cobalt if its the supercharged one. I raced, err I mean, passed a supercharged SS Cobalt and then it passed me. I love supercharger whine.

And Holden for the same reason as RocZX.

Id take the Pontiac GTO.R - it looks awesome.

BTW I didn't know you could compare race cars? I thought it was only road legal? Meh...

We kind of broke away from that it seems.. A few others posted race cars as well. :P

Chevrolet Cobalt SS Sedan vs. Dodge SRT-4- SRT-4, because it looks meaner and is probably easier to upgrade.

Pontiac GTO.R vs. Holden V8 Supercar - V8, I'm tired of seeing GTOs that look like GTOs..lol.

GTR black edition.

You can go faster around a track for a lot less. And is much more user friendly. Audi has the looks, I'll give it that, but if I had that money I'd save up more and just go for the Lambo that the engine in that Audi shares with.

R8 V10. Yes, the GT-R is faster, yes it's more user friendly, but it doesn't excite me like the R8 does. That sleek body, that big V10...

GT-R is relatively soulless, R8 it is.

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but the whole thing about car's having soul is the biggest load of crap I've heard. If a car is quick, it's quick. It's a category that hold no merit in car comparisons. People only bring that up when they really have no other argument to make.

But I guess Indian people such as myself are too adhering to pure numbers and stats.

In a race car speed is the only thing that I would care about.
But for a street car all of the electronic stuff takes away your connection to the car.

I can see that point, that the GTR is more calculator than car, but for some reason Ferraris and Audis, some of the most technically advanced cars on the road, get the pass on that.

I guess I'm just raging against European snobbishness at the moment.:)

Well compared to the GT-R the R8 is an NES.

But I would really like the NSX, because it didn't need that ASM stuff.

There's also that none of us have ever driven either car. Perhaps if you drove both you'd feel differently. As for my choice, probably the GTR but it's close.

I have a GTR. And to the other post saying its souless, try driving one yourself before coming to that conclusion based off another journalist's opinion. It's a tired response. A lot of sport/supercars today have AWD and electronic nannies but they get a pass like sumbrownkid said.

This, the car might be boring to some or maybe what some think is "souless" but it is undoubtedly fun, and that's coming from someone who hasn't even gotten a ride in one but all I've heard is good things come from it. I'd take the GT-R and with what's left mod it. I find the R8 sort of "souless" too, it's sort of boring and not really special, though that V10 is miles ahead of the R in terms of sound

Audi R8 because if I have enough money to get one, I have enough money to take it to Underground Racing and get a twin turbo kit.

GT-R VS R8 : R8, of course. R35 GT-Rs are my least favorite of the bunch; got all bloated and chubby and ugly and soulless. Just an uncool car all around. The Audi's exotic; the GT-Rs a calculator.

Audi R8 V10 5.2
^ I pick the R8 simply because manual transmission. The base GT-R is already deadly on what it is, but unless if its a Club Track Edition I might re-consider.

Nissan skyline r34 or Toyota supra jza80?
^ Oohhhh, a tough one! But I'd pick the Supra because is a much purer sports car.

-> I was about to show my comparison but I'll wait for other replies on the post above me. ;)
