^ For the looks of that price of the ATS, it would be the 2.5L Base model with A/T. My choice will still be the ATS. I'll just add $3,000 and opt for the excellent 2.0T w/ M/T! Why you say? (look below)

Isn't the Regal GS essentially an Insignia VXR here?

Opel Insignia OPC (ie. the Buick) for me.

-> On contrary to you folks, that the Regal GS IS NOT the same as the juicy Insignia OPC/VXR you guys get there.

- The GS is FWD only. (unlike the VXR/OPC)
- The GS is down on power, 270hp. (unlike the OPC/VXR's 325hp)
- The GS does not have a wagon/estate/touring variant. (unlike the OPC/VXR)
- The GS also has that stupid tail light layout! (unlike the OPC/VXR)

^ A much as I adore the C2 completely, its a car destined to be on a plinth and/or slow cruise it to Cars & Coffee meets, nothing more. While the C7 (especially the Z51) I can carelessly drive it everyday, so the C7 gets my pick.

Regal GS vs. ATS: Tough choice, but I'll go for the ATS and make my own ATS-V.

Z32 300ZX TT vs. 3000GT VR-4: Tough one, since I like them both. But I'll go with the Z32 and modify it. 👍

Old School Singray C2 vs. Modern Stingray C7: Tough one, since they are iconic in their own right. But I'll take the C7 Z51.
