BMW 1M Coupe, great little car. Would love to have one as my DD.

They're not that great inside, to be honest. The design is alright, but I don't think it's anything special. The overall feel is pretty basic, not like the premium Infiniti.

A Zonda isn't great inside either

Gauging performance cars based on their interior luxuries seems a bit unusual...

Actually, the Zonda is fitted with lots of carbon fibre and leather (I believe it's red leather), I would say that's quite nice. A little vulgar, but still nice. The same goes for Lamborghini, Ferrari, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi and many other super-car manufacturers.

Also, I think judging cars based on their interior is a very intelligent thing to do. After all, you're going to be spending almost all of your time with the car in there. I would take a standard Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG over a stripped RX-7 drift car any day, and a large part of that decision would have been made due to the interior of the Merc. Of course, that's just me, but there's nothing wrong with taking a car's interior into consideration.

Escort and M135i. I just really like Escorts and fast Fords. As for the BMWs I actually think the M135i is a better overall package considering the price. I'd love one if it has a 6MT available otherwise the 8 speed ZF is fantastic too.

Don't get me wrong, I love a good interior, but on a dedicated performance oriented car, why spend lots of money making it light just to add A/C, sat nav, power and heated seats...etc. People buying it buy it to be fast. On a dd, I'd love have a fully optioned out car. But on my weekend car, give me a steering wheel, 3 pedals and a loud motor

Supra Mk3 JZA70 vs. Celica GT-Four ST205: Tough choice here, but I'll go with the Supra.

Mustang Bullit vs. Infiniti: Easily the 'Stang for me.

Euro Rally Classics: Tough one, but I'll take that Escort hands down.

BMW 1 Series: The 1M easily. Because German Hachi Roku and remake of the 2002ti. ;)

-_-

Why are you trying to change my opinion?

Am I not allowed to have one anymore?

-End of Topic.

Its cool to have your own opinion but don't knock it until you try it. That's all I'm trying to say.

Because you said they're overrated pieces of crap. You better be able to back it up when you say stuff like that.

Ford 302 (The Legendary Ford 5.0)
vs
Chevrolet LS1

The 302. Because it'll fit in my car without too much trouble. :sly:

Chevrolet Camaro SS [2SS w/ 1LE Pkg.] (426hp) '13*
v
Toyota Supra Turbo [EU-spec] (320hp) '93

Camaro. I do like Supras but not the status they give you over here. A totally stock Supra Mk4 is as rare as rocking horse s**t.

Celica
or
Supra

Supra. Cos my dad had one.

A 1979 Dodge Diplomat coupe
OR
A 1978 Mercury Marquis
Or A 1971 Chevrolet Caprice

Caprice.

Beetle RSi
or
Beetle R

Beetle R.

BMW M4

or

Jaguar F-Type V8 or V6

F-Type.

2012 Infiniti FX50
vs.
2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt

Mustang. Easily.

Escort RS1800
or
Fiat 131
or
Sunbeam Lotus

The Sunbeam Lotus. Only because the Escort is an 1800. The Sunbeam will be much quicker than that.

Infiniti v. Mustang Bullit: Easily the Mustang. It will be more fun to drive, and it will be more likely to appreciate in value. It will probably take quite a few years for it to, but I don't see that Infiniti appreciating much if at all.

Volvo would make me bored out of my skull, Alfa would irritate me no end as a disappointment, so I'll take the 3-Series.

Alfa! I don't care how it drives, it's the one that would make you look back at it as you're walking to the door.

Ill easily take the mustang

1m

Ford escort

Ill take the alfa... I think it looks better than all of the others, and it isnt sold in the us... Ive never seen one in person before

BMW as it's more practical and only a little bit more common than the Alfa in the UK.

I agree with the practicality bit, but I live in London and 3 Series are all I ever see! The occasional E-Class comes along, but at least 60% of the cars are 3 series and I've honestly lost my interest in BMWs because of it. Also, I've never seen that particular Alfa in the UK.

 Where I am in the UK I see a lot of Alfas and only a little bit more 3 Series and then the rest of the cars down here range a lot.

Alfa Romeo 159 vs. BMW 328i vs. Volvo S60 - Alfa, because I'm in the US and it would turn heads all over the place.

Results:
1. Alfa Romeo 159
2. BMW 328i
3. Volvo S60

Lexus GS400 vs. Ford Crown Victoria - This is hard, but since I live in NY, I'm going to go with the Crown Vic. Then I'll paint it yellow and put a random advertisement on the top. :sly:

Results:
1. Ford Crown Victoria
2. Lexus GS400
____
The Mustang Bullitt was the winner of the previous comparo.

What? It's 45. 1966-2011 = 45. They did stop making them for 8 years, but they're just celebrating the time from '66-now.

That's my point. Maybe its just me but you cannot count years you didn't make a car. Its like you saying have been married 30 years when in fact you were divorced for 8 of them.
