Fox body Mustang.

BMW looks to have the nicest interior.

Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z vs Ford Mustang Fox GT; I guess the IROC Z. Although, that's an unfair comparo imo; the should be IROC vs Cobra. The proper competitor for the GT Mustang is the Z28.

Luxury Interiors; I guess I'll go with the BMW. Cadillac is in 2nd, Mercedes is in 3rd, & 4th is the Acura.

Volkswagen Type 3 vs Simca 1000; I'll go with the VW since I prefer the look of it and it's a bit bigger.

IROC or a GT?

IROC for me.

Interiors - The Cadillac's electronics are unbelievably slow, so it's instantly out. The Acura's interior looks cheap, plasticky and outdated, so that's out too. The BMW looks a bit girly, in my opinion, and the steering wheel isn't as attractive as the one in the Merc. The Merc's interior is simple yet classy; it doesn't show off, but it sticks in your memory. The steering wheel isn't as good as the Cadillac's, but overall, I think it has the best interior.

Though I agree heavily with most of what you said, BMW girly? I kinda like it but you can't beat the classy looks of the Merc. 👍

VW Type 3 = Classic.

Honda S2000 vs. BMW M3 - M3 easily.

Results:
1. BMW M3
2. Honda S2000

Citroen GT by Citroen Concept vs. Mazda Furai Concept - Furai, another easy one.

1. Mazda Furai Concept
2. Citroen GT by Citroen Concept

Koenig Competition Evolution 1000 vs. JUN Skyline GT-R - Third easy one, the GT-R.

Results:
1. JUN Skyline GT-R
2. Koenig Competition Evolution 1000

Morris Marina vs. Morris Minor - Marina, because it's not a Minor.

Results:
1. Morris Marina
2. Morris Minor

Lincoln Town Car vs. Cadillac Brougham - Town Car, I love these things.

Results:
1. Lincoln Town Car
2. Cadillac Brougham

Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z vs. Ford Mustang GT - GT, I hate the look of that Camaro.

Results:
1. Ford Mustang GT
2. Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z

Cadillac SRX vs. Acura MDX vs. BMW X5 vs. Mercedes-Benz ML550 - Acura, although it's probably because I'm biased.

Results:
1. Acura MDX
2. Mercedes-Benz GL550
3. BMW X5
4. Cadillac SRX

Volkswagen Type 3 vs. Simca 1000 GL - VW, I'd love to own an old VW any time.

Results:
1. Volkswagen Type 3
2. Simca 1000 GL

The last comparo was a tie. Since the Mustang has won so much, let's take the Charger and give it a competitor.

2012 Dodge Charger SRT8

2012 Jaguar XJ Supersport

I think it was the colour of the leather that made me think that, but something about the BMW made me feel like it was a girl's car. Perhaps it has too much leather? I definitely don't think the interior is bad, I just wouldn't take it over the ML. But then again, I hardly take anything over a Merc.

I'm somewhat surprised by the comment about the Caddy electronics. I've put a few hours into my parents SRX for various errands that required more space than my Sti has and the electronics have never seemed slow to me. Maybe I'm just used to bad electronic devices or something but I've played with many cars and the instruments in the caddy have never seemed slow.
Is this something you found on your own and was it in a newer model year or an old one? Was it something a reviewer said or something? Just curious.

Btw, did a little searching after this post and noticed the 2013 model got a new interface so that could be why my parents model doesn't seem to fail on speed like mentioned in the complaint.

Oh, and sorry I forgot the Audi. :ouch:
I don't think about Audi much anymore, used to think of Audi all the time... Hate to say it but I think I'm firmly back in the camp of BMW > Audi.

VW Type 3, no question. It's quite a beautiful car.

Huh? Are you kidding me? Let's think here. The Jaguar has 40 more horsepower, more space, is better looking, has one of the best interiors of any car on the market, and handles better. The XJL Supersport is one of the most underpriced cars out there. The SRT8 is far more expensive than it should be. I'd have the XJ, possibly more surely than any other comparison in this thread.

I saw a couple of review videos where they showed the electronics in use, and it just seemed agonisingly slow! The reviewers themselves said that the electronics were too slow. There was about a 1-2 second delay on everything you did, which was just so disappointing. The reviews were for the Cadillac ATS, which is not the car in your comparo, but the interiors look identical, so I assume the electronics are too.
However you say it's not slow, and you have a first hand experience, so maybe it was the specific model or spec that was slow. Have you tried using the SatNav in your Caddy? That's where it seemed slowest. I believe the year was 2012, maybe 2013.

👍 That seems like a more realistic comparo. I'd have the Audi for sure, but I can understand why somebody might want the crazy American muscle.

B7 RS4. One of the best V8s of the modern era and a whole load of grippy, fun and comfortable German precision.

I wouldn't take the Charger, but if it were a 300 SRT8 I might reconsider.

I think repairing the air suspension on that Citroen would cost more tha repairing whatever is wrong with the Lancia.

With that being said (whether it's true or not), I'll have the Citroen.

Chevrolet Camaro

Ford Mustang

I'll take the Camaro, because ghost car.

Fox Body. Both have horrible chassis stiffness but the Fox is a bit better in that regard so I'll take it.

Karmann Ghia for me as well. I prefer the 2 door Corvairs over the 4 doors, although I would probably still take the VW if the Corvair was a 2 door.
