I actually like the 71-73 convertible more than the coupe or fastback, but probably because I don't care for the rooflines.

I'll take the Shelby, looks a little better suited to the convertible body style

New one
2009 Land cruiser with about 50K miles, good interior + refreshing some suspension components = $45K

or
Brand new 2014 4Runner Limited with a few options ~44K

I'd have the Land Cruiser, the new 4Runner looks bad IMO and won't be close to as comfortable or as good as the LC
