Decided to start over, here's my little Pete drinking a little bit of fuel at a BP just outside of downtown Eureka.

After driving another 3500 miles and reaching over 10000 miles, it was time for the first service and little overhaul of my little Pete. These pictures were taken on a trip down to Santa Cruz and up to Hornbrook.

Been slack with this game lately, really need to get on it a bit more often.

Started a new job recently and by the time I get home I can't be bothered gaming.. but I'll try jump on at some point over the weekend or Friday night, get some decent pictures. =D

Yeah , I haven't played ATS in over a month , I'm bored with it. Needs a big map expansion and some interesting cargo packs.
 
So I downloaded an extra parts mod pack thing. Few more lights and 8" straight pipes.. don't mind if I do!

I really like shooting stars. But as I play more I feel they could be less frequent, they are starting to feel less and less unique to see.

And I finally mamanged to capture the moment of when a lightning strikes in ATS. It was a perfectly timed pause with impeccable reaction time (I absolutely wasn't double-tapping Escape for 5 minutes to achieve this):

Recently got my hands on this baby. Got tired of waiting for a "better" version. This thing is great as is.

Some newbie driver in an accident, blocking this road that connects to Oregon. Hopefully it will get cleared out soon! :lol:

Made a video of the old Pete 351. Has the updated sound for the Cummins 275. Lovely truck, lovely sound!

Heavy Alexs marginal map pack is a true winner. Keeps you with the 3 states, HOWEVER, there are more gas stations, repair shops cities etc. Also Everything looks busy now. Dealerships that had 3 trucks on display, and 1 in the shop yard, now there is 5 or so trucks int he shop yard, and more trucks on display. Again its a winner for now.
 
@yzfmike Thanks for the tip ! I installed MHA as well as giving ATS a clean out and update of mods. Its a good map , lots more going on and no noticeable performance hit for my machine. Cheers man !
 
New update, new DLC pack, new mods. Let's start with the classics!

Scot A2HD with the "all-new" Detroit Diesel 6-71 (Yes. 6-71. The inline-6 variant, baby!) sound mod from Kriechbaum. Also comes with the 6V92 and 8V92T. This truck is a screamer.

Ain't she a beauty? With 240HP, this is the least powerful truck I've driven in the TS games. (Ignore the trailer. The cargo and what my clients do with it is their business. I just deliver the goods :lol:)

And of course, my obsession, the Peterbilt 351 with its signature Cummins 275. This is the latest version of the truck. 4.0, freshly baked and compatible with ATS 1.4.1

also since the last update I've noticed the lights look different, more orange to them now compared them being slightly yellow before.

I'm very proud to ride along the Peterbilt 389 bandwagon. Now in its v1.13 patch. This truck never stops evolving and getting better.

Another very popular mod that everyone knows and loves. The Volvo VNL now in its v1.4.1 patch. A mod riddle with glitches and incomplete textures back in the ETS2 days has now seen new light in the hands of the modder Aradeth, looking better than ever and with dozens of custom parts. I'm really glad to see this Volvo standing proud next to the more complete mods like the T800 and the 389.
