My last WSC race was around the Nordscheife in the rain for getting on for 3 hours. Was hard work staying concentrated. Think I came 4th?
 
You did indeed after we both got overtaken by Panoz on the second-to-last lap as we stayed out too long on wets :P

Yeah I was gone for a while and I actually am going to practice online today for another series as well.
 
Tried 5 runs in that lobby, got onto a fast lap twice and didn't get to the carousel on my fast lap attempt either time. So my race isn't looking too good then
 
Well, I kept finding grief north of the Nordschleife. On my best lap, dead of night, was faster than @LancerEvo7 by 0.2 in S1, and then dropping around 1.5/2 seconds per sector there on.
 
I got down to a 8:19.xxx with a large mistake early in the lap... I'm coming for you Lancer :P
 
I'll be there if the damn game lets me.
 
Perfect lap from me is 8:12. If it rains I'll have to drive defensively until I have the inevitable spin.
 
Perfect lap for me is around that too. It's the 'Ring though, clean laps are worth not trying for perfect laps.
 
The E-Type seems to bounce no matter what I do to it...but that doesn't mean it isn't fit for the track. It seems to be
exceptionally OK. I haven't done a lap today that I didn't restart(stupid invalidated first lap :mad:) because of my increased
pace but I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get 9:30's.
 
I'm struggling with the car, at 1 point I was on 2 wheels at Fuchsrorhe after clipping the inside curb with my left side wheels

Also, shouldn't the Shelby American Logo be used for the Cobra instead of the Mustang logo in the first post? Just thought that was odd.

Confirmed for tonight.

ps: Did another couple of laps. Down to 9:24 now. No idea what I did differently than yesterday in particular, but it seems confidence in the car and corner speeds is key.

From the times posted it looks like GT-O might get 13 laps in, so maybe only being lapped once…?
