B-Spec drivers are nervous, in-experienced, and cautious. once they star reaching level 20+ they get much better about all of those things.

Yeah, they are actually freakin' idiots these b-spec drivers. As the the team director I should have an option to beat them when they finish a race in last place because they slow down way more than all the other cars in a turn. And yes I have a much more powerful car, and yes I was using the best possible tires allowed.

They aren't "dumb" they just lack experience. The more experience they gain the fewer "dumb" things they do. It's the same with rookies in real life. Plus it helps if they have good management. They don't push 100% of the time, because if they do, they get heated, and make big mistakes.

Bob does wait until he has a LOT of room before he hops back on track, but that is what you are supposed to do if you go off course, wait until there is plenty of room between traffic. Not like most of us who just immediately jump back in the fray with no regard to what the traffic situation is like.

B-Spec Bob has a fear of death, after all he has been pimped out to a person who paid $60 to hold him and his buddies lives in their hands.
