X1 challenge with controller

i just started the x1 challenge and i have to say im enjoying something difficult for once!
definitely possible with the controller... requires insane amounts of concentration, but possible!

It is possible to get bronze on this challenge with the DS3 controller. I managed to get at least bronze on all 3 and I managed to claw a Silver on Monza, but I think for the other tracks, its almost impossible to do unless you have a wheel.

Doing the challenge with the controller is possible, just requires ALOT of practise and trial and error

I don't think the problem lies here with concentration, but only with the amount of time you are able to play in one peace on one chellange. Most people said the "invested" up to 8 hours per track. But most people don't have that much time at once so they stop after 2-3 hours. The next time when they come back they are again out of practice and need to start near zero experience of the X1. It will last days/weeks to do this chellange with the ps3 for an average player and this is just frustrating, boring and not desireable.

I won't be acing the 'ring any time soon, but I'll get silvers!
The only reason I don't have a gold on Monza is that stupid S series, I always mess it up on the 2nd lap

Bronze on Suzuka and Nürburgring is possible. Just takes a lot of tries and adjusting to the car. After I set up my G25 wheel I got silver on both these - it's amazing how much easier the car gets to control.
With a controller it is possible to gold Monza - but a lot easier with wheel still. A bit unfair that the gold times are impossible to beat with controller.

this needs to be fixed in the next patch because they're saying that you have must buy a wheel if you want to complete the game
