Lvl and Bday tickets that can reap cars that are over the limit can be traded. However, tickets for specific cars that are over the limit can't be traded because they are the same as trying to trade the car itself. You will notice that when any car is traded it shows up as a specific car ticket. That is why the system will not let you trade car tickets for any X2010 or 2011 etc.
