SIENA - Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited has removed the flags of the districts from the video game "Gran Turismo 5, set in the Piazza del Campo in Siena, out in November. This was announced in a statement, the Consortium for the protection of the Palio expressing "satisfaction and gratitude" for this decision for which the syndicate had protested.

Though the article seems direct in the reading that the flags are literally being removed, I wonder instead that the flags will be replaced with other flags, such as ones with GT on it or the Italian flag.

It could be replaced with Forza 3 flags or anything, I still couldn`t care less about the damn flag. I just wanna race the best car-sim ever
