If you're saying that chicken got proteins, wait until I present Canadian beef to you. Chicken will then look like... Um, well, chicken, actually... :dopey:

They say Iowa Beef is pretty good also... :) The lean beef gets pretty pricey and all that good flavor is in the fat...which I'm trying to stay away from, but yeah send some down...I'll check it out. ;)

Wow, beef is pricey in the USA's ? Man, maybe it works with the availability of it. Here there is just so much cows that beef costs peanuts. Unfortunately, if I send you beef, it may be "out-of-date" (I don't know if that is the good term for that...) when it'll arrive. lol :nervous:

I know... but sometimes it's SOOOO worth it!

It does not for me. I would need to order like 2 or 3 trios to be finally full. Since here in Canada there is no size to the meals (like the Supersize for example), it's hard to be full with only one meal.

Ham & swiss cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread, with Chex Mix and a Dr. Pepper.

Hmm....

I dont think ive ate anything since yesterday. and i think it was just a bowl of lucky charms.

Western and Oriental food mix. Japanese style cold noodles with sauce and homemade pizza with pepparoni and cheese. But I was too hungry to notice the weird combo :indiff:

Homemade Risotto, corn on the cob, and pork sandwiches. Mmm... :dopey: All followed up by vanilla Ice cream with a teaspoon of vanilla extract on top.

Ah, Miso. Shiro Miso, Aka Miso, of Tofu Miso, or____ Miso?

Marmite. With crackers. And a couple chunks of Cabot White Cheddar aged 24 months.

I found some cubed pork tenderloin in the freezer, so I ground up the pork and we had BBQ pork sandwiches with pickle and onion. I forgot I was going to BBQ baby back spare ribs for dinner tonight. No biggie, unless my Rabbi finds out.
